| Wang Zhongyou was an ex-serviceman who returned to his hometown with illness. On August 12, 2016, two children played fire in front of his house and accidentally burned up the house. The people's court ordered that the guardians of the two children should pay Wang Zhongyou CNY108,800 as compensation for the burned house. In the enforcement reconciliation, the guardians paid CNY61,000. The remaining sum of CNY47,800 was difficult to be paid and the People's Court of Zixi County, Jiangxi Province ruled to conclude the enforcement. Wang Zhongyou lost the house, suffered from stomach cancer, and had no source of income; his wife caught an illness; and their two children were studying in schools. His family got into urgent difficulties. | | 汪忠友系帶病回鄉的退役軍人。2016年8月12日，兩個孩子在汪忠友家屋前玩火，不慎將汪忠友的房屋燒毀。法院判決兩個孩子的監護人賠償汪忠友被燒毀房屋損失108800元。在執行和解時，監護人償付了61000元。該案尚有47800元難以執行到位，江西省資溪縣人民法院裁定執行終結。汪忠友自己失去住房、患有胃癌且沒有收入，妻子染病，兩個小孩正在讀書，家庭生活陷入急迫困難。 |
